List of FTA channel with satellite position

Hi,
1. can any one share free to air channel with details.
2. I would like to know what is the limiting factor for dd dish is having only 200 channel where others support 600+ channels

it was expected 3rd week Nov Trai will come out with some announcement but no clue on this for now,Guess it is going take longer
