Considering several professional members are employed, it would be beneficial, if they could share strategies or Recommendations as guide for job seekers regarding , resume builds, job portal , networking , skilling etc. For job seekers attempting to get their first job or join a new org. or take on new duties, it would be quite helpful if working professional would share their job hunting guide for novice (beginners) & experts (experienced) job seekers.

its understandable there are many nuances and small difference different job position , still there are few similarities which all job seekers end up following.
below are few examples of queries which could be answered apart from others questions which may arise during job searching.

a) what qualities they expect from job seekers
b) what HR ( human resource) Talent Acquisition expect in future employees.
c) do they need to apply in all job portal or directly apply in company career site.
d) how to verify company review of old employees .
e) what things they need to think through before applying.
f) how to make career path
g) what job search steps to take for beginners or professional
h) how to distinguish fake job posting from genuine ones posted in portals.
i) how to prepare for foreign jobs
j) how to resume building ( job position wise ), certification, internship , upskill etc.
k) which job portal is preferred for job searchers for beginners or experienced
l) how to close a skill gap if applicant had attended a tier II or Tier III educational institution ( less popular)



This thread would be utilized for sharing Job Hunting techniques guide for both beginners & professionals . when suggesting techniques mention whether its applicable to beginners or Professionals Job seekers. the queries they would face while doing job search how to overcome obstacles to find right job effectively.


p.s don't discuss about cons of education system or any other things . its only related to job search/job hunting.
