I can see almost all of Star channels now (Hindi & English) opening natively except sports. However, 'Disney Channel HD' is still not there.. Can anybody contact them regarding it?

Star Sports 1 Hindi was live, which means they did not close the channel during the live.

It depends on the event. If JioStar has digital rights along with TV broadcast rights, then the event will not be blocked.
