My bill generation after 3 months changed automatically as Billing date + 7 days or need to do any mail or call cc after 3 months ?

As the error message says, you can only redeem the voucher after your advance payment is adjusted in postpaid bills. It means once your already paid billing term is complete, you can redeem this voucher.
