This Is Not The Case With Airtel. They Have Regional Plans. For Same 999+gst, Airtel Offers Me 300 GB @ 40 MBPS Only.

Also, Jio's Infrastructure Is Same For Their Entire Network. Airtel's Infra Differs From Place To Place.
