Yes,You can.

As per latest TRAI,one cannot have more than 9 SIM active at the same time registered on his/her name.

That means the hardware that your phone is capable of Volte but it depends on the company whether they enable Volte on your device or not with future update.

Like my Zenfone 2 hardware supports Volte but it is not yet enabled by Asus,and all Asus users requested for Volte on Zentalk and developers are working on it and have agreed to provide it in upcoming days :k

Reliance Jio 4G ‘Welcome Offer’ now extended for 10 by Kult


Zen Mobiles has announced its partnership with Reliance Jio for the latter Jio’s ‘Welcome Offer’. Now, 10 (Ten) by Kult users can avail the ‘Welcome Offer’ which gives users an access to free unlimited 4G data and Jio apps till December 31, 2016. All voice calls and roaming charges within India has also been dropped for Jio customers for life. The offer will also be available on all upcoming 4G-enabled smartphones from Zen Mobile.

Reliance Jio ‘Welcome Offer’ users can download the My Jio app to avail offer on the basis of location and city. The Jio app will then generate offer barcode, which can be used to avail the Jio SIM at a Reliance Digital or Xpress Mini Store.
