I am trying to generate OTP since two days but not receiving it. What else can be done frnds? please suggest. I bought Samsung A5-2016 yesterday and got the My Jio App installed. It says OTP has been sent to your number but i have still not received it.

Which company number are you entering to receive OTP? If it's Airtel or Idea chances are less of receiving OTP,try using BSNL number for OTP

Yes bro,for the OTP you can use any number,that is just for verification  :k
