Don't wait for any sms. Call toll free number for televerification from any landline then ur data will be activated.
then call any number from Jio join app, it will automatically connect to verification for voice call.

I tried that but no network on jio sim.. so can't make any calls...

I tried many times 1977 no sound coming.... only silent then I put some number ( you can put any number 5 to 6 digit) then auto voice coming as Your line connected to CC and music playing long time after that call connected to CC person tell your details and immediately activated.
