Today, 11 days over after collecting sim from Store and there is NOT EVEN the initial SMS...

Did you check by inserting sim??

If you have airtel number to them then you will not receive any sms.Airtel is blocking them

I don't know what these people are doing but it is the fault from the store side only,not from core team.

I purchased my Sim on 24th Aug and it activated on 26th Aug.

After that I went with my friend who bought it on 28th Aug and his Sim was activated yesterday

Ask from your store people that have they even uploaded the documents or not,really it is very annoying to wait after getting the Sim

Got my 2 sims last week 23rd which is still yet to be activated. Contacted store, the manager says they have only 2 people and has only scanner to upload all the documents. Only 300 sim card has been activated from last week but they have provided 1000+ card. This is the scenario the store near my house. And the CC says they can help only after receiving the documents.
