We took another SIM yesterday evening, but no message yet for the activation. Not sure why this is very inconsistent even though we got the SIM from same store. Mine got activated within 12 hours where as even after 24 hours, the second SIM is not!

I got the sim on saturday, it is not activated yet  :'(

I got the Sim on 20th and today is 23rd. No SMS regarding activation. Moreover I got the sim for Lenovo handset.

I also got the Sim on 20th using my Lenovo 4G handset from bangalore. The sim is not activated yet.

You need Indian variant. Indian S5 model SM-G900I..

Jio offer is applicable for that model...
