No. Jio has no 2G/3G network. Only 4G VoLTE network available.

Jio sim works on iphone 5s..?

It will work if it has 4g. Few iphone models are receiving carrier update to disable Volte, so dont do that

We took another SIM yesterday evening, but no message yet for the activation. Not sure why this is very inconsistent even though we got the SIM from same store. Mine got activated within 12 hours where as even after 24 hours, the second SIM is not!

Even I took sim yesterday from b'hills reliance digital along with my friend and waiting for activation message.
