No he is asking using 1 voucher from My Jio app and making payment from other Sites and get Cash back but it's very clear to use Voucher, u need to make payment within My Jio App.

Yes the same I asked for confirmation ;);)

Btwn not possible for other wallet but we can use paytm wallet for recharge using jio voucher though not sure about cashback in paytm wallet not yet tried ;);)

There is a promotion going on for paytm payments bank. If you seelect paytm as payment option in Jio app (along with jio voucher) and use paytm payments bank balance or UPI to pay, then 50RS, cashback... Not tried yet
