Can a non jio subscriber watch jio tv, I think no they will require to fill log in details. For that they will be asked for jio no.

Can a 3g phone holder install jio tv app, I think no. I have tried installing jio tv on my dad mobile but it says device not supported.

So I think it will only be available on jio tv for jio subscriber.
