If they wanted the plans to have a real market impact then they should have priced the Netflix mobile bundle plan at ₹899 and Netflix Basic bundle plan at ₹1199 instead of ₹1099 and ₹1499 respectively. Current pricing isn't attractive enough for the prepaid price sensitive segment.
