No eligibility criteria, just recharge with any daily data pack you'll get benefits. But here's catch which I noticed.
On every Montly recharge Jio will give additional 14 days recharge. For example,
239 recharge will give 28+14=42 days (5.69/day)
666 recharge will give 84+14=98 days (6.79/day)
This offer is applicable on 149 pack as well, which gives 1GB/day data benefits.
