Some finding about pictures quality of jiohostar

Most of movies which is licensed from Eros now that was available on jiocinema app was available in only sd quality 368p like ramleela rockstar desi boy etc after merger still available in 368p
How this possible that they can't upload movies in hd quality
And most of these movies available in 4K or full hd on zee5 or prime video
Like ROCKSTAR Available in 4K on zee5 and 368p on jiohostar
