Forget HD, you cannot even stream 320p without buffering
Here one can't even load at 180p
They should focus on improving their network first.

They should focus on improving their network first.I am wondering what will be the situation if we stream 320p on a 44 inch LED TV and that too ruk ruk ke :rofl:

That's why people will never throw away their DTH/Cable
It is device work without internet like dvb-t.
In Indian only Prasar bharati has DVB T transmission permit from Govt, no one else can broadcast it. Jio is registered as ISP so whatever they do they have to do with internet

Jio deployed eMBMS in their LTE network technology, media streaming is possible with that, without using data. May be they launch a device with LTE network support, which can stream broadcasted program via their LTE network.

LTE-Broadcast has broad deployment models. What it doesn't have is the iPhone

It's just one to many connection instead of one ip to other ip, one to one connection like normal computer works. You still need data plan otherwise it will be a violation of net neutrality according to India's net neutrality law
