Hi,
I’ve been using a Jio Fiber connection, and while it generally works well, I’ve noticed a recurring issue during long downloads or uploads (over 30 minutes). After some time, the default gateway starts showing high packet loss, and within a couple of minutes, there’s no usable bandwidth—although the Jio Fiber router light remains green and stable.
A Jio Fiber technician visited today and, after three reboots and a reset, said there’s no problem with the line or the router.
What should I do next? Is this a common issue with Jio Fiber?
If yes, then after 2nd Aug i will move with another isp or airtel fiber.
