Jio Fiber Bill after disconnection

My Jio Fiber billing cycle is 25th of each month. Jio Fiber postpaid runs based on advanced rental, I made disconnection request on 23rd of this month. But still got the bill to pay. Do I need to pay this bill? Someone please guide on this. Will they cancel the bill if i raise issue with customer care.

U can check with above link, click/select inactive account, u will getting bill details don't click active account because they will given ur id to other user, after payment ur profile is delete from jio data
 
That is only for pensions i guess. Not for product/service related
Right. Cpengrams is portal for pensioners.

While CPGRAMS is portal to lodge Public Grievance.

Though @Phoenix96 has said Cpengrams always, I think he refers to CPGRAMS portal. 👀

We can do Telecommunication (telecom and national fiber broadband ISP) complaints via CPGRAMS portal.
 
Jio deduct money for advance month if only you have recharged with 3/6/12 advance payment. Otherwise you have to pay within 7days of bill generaion

I paid initally for 3 months. My billing cycle started June 25, 2024.
Which covered for July, August and September 3 months.

I got my next bill on sep 25, 2024 and all subsequent months. which makes the next recharges too as advance payment only. They call it postpaid but actually it is not.
