I have a Jio SIM but no benefits credited to me. This article in India Today mentions the benefits are for "all customers". Nowhere is JioPhone mentioned as a requirement to avail this offer. Sometimes our media acts strange.

"The 100 minutes free calling and free SMSes facility can be availed by all Jio customers from anywhere in India but only till April 17, 2020."

Yes, I did read that, but JioPhone suddenly comes all out the blue, see the article as its written from the start. It mentions "facility can be availed by all Jio customers from anywhere in India". Thats misleading.

I also got this offer. I checked this on my jio app.
But when i try to make calls , It says you do not have any active plans. What to do ?
Is there any other process to activate?

Sim didn't had any plan 3 days back. Now got this plan. Although the sim is not any phone.
