Check the Jio Average speed according to TRAI data in India. This also explains why TRAI data shows Jio as slowest operator as whole of Central India is below 1Mbps speed according to their data.

The above image show the blue one is the highest in data downloads But in Punjab it is giving only 10KBPS to 90KBPS & rarely get 100+ KBPS

I think this not right... India is divided in telecom circles and every operator has different strengths in every circle... even though jio is pan india, the licenses and network layout is done with circle boundary... so they should release data per circle. Not these artificial sections...
