I put my mothers sim in my mobile but not getting 5G signal.
But service menu shows 5G.

its on 5G On and toggle is is enabled for SA.
The 5G offer was activated on Realme phone. When i put the sim on iphone no 5G, when i put it back on realme the next second it latches to 5G

This is why iPhone doesn't like low signal and ur on N28 band which has worst speeds maybe try outdoors on iPhone
