My wife and I went to Madurai last week and yesterday we got Welcome Offer in both of our Jio numbers. Actually there is no 5G in our hometown Sivakasi.

I am using Moto G62 5G, with Jio's 199 Postpaid plan. My wife is using Samsung S22+ with Jio Prepaid plan of Rs398 - 2GB / day for 70 days (Yes, that 2017 tariff plan).

Battery life increased for S22+ after Android 13?

No Idea reg after update. I bought S22+ for her on December 2022 only. So Android 13 update came on switching the phone ON for the first time itself. But in general, the battery life is much much better than her previous phone S20+. She is in love with the camera quality of S22+. But the captured pics are pale / over bright than in real life. But, I like the pics taken by my Pixel 6a (with Airtel), with more realistic colours. My Moto G62 (with Jio) has just a "Potato" camera.

I have enabled 5G in Pixel 6a after enrolling for Beta testing. But there is no Airtel 5G in Madurai. Airtel has not even launched 5G in Madurai (third largest city in TN), but Jio has already started planning deployment in Sivakasi (Smallest Corporation in TN). Airtel has to go million more miles to catch up with Jio wrt 5G, imho.
