Jio AirFiber internet speed fluctuations issue due to cloudy and rainy weather

The main issue of airfiber is that it stops working in rainy days, last time in my airfiber issue was water was gone in poe through wire cut by squirrels and yesterday in rainy day it stopped working only blinking red light in modem ,raised sr but Area manager told they have too much sr pending because of rain so it will take more time than usual

Normally weather conditions should not impact FWA services, even mobile network signals are not affected.

My neighbour who has installed jio airfiber is recently switched to Railwire due to fluctuation.

No there is no charges taken for resolving issue if issue comes from Jio Side

JioFiber (optical fiber) uptime is top notch, if feasible in your area. Jio AirFiber is similar type of scam as Airtel AirFiber in the name of wireless broadband.

Airfiber is not good in weather cloudy as similar to DTH coz its used radio waves transmission. The wire fiber are much better then this. Most of people's disable their connections in the area due to run into so many problems.
