Jet Airways has launched an inflight entertainment (IFE) wireless streaming service in the India. Dubbed as JetScreen, the service lets flyers stream media content on their mobile devices.

The JetScreen in-flight entertainment service will now be available on domestic flights. It offers over 220 hours of video and audio content including Hollywood and Indian movies, TV shorts, music from multiple genres, interactive games, as well as special children’s programmes.

In order to access the JetScreen service flyers will have to download the free ‘Airtime Player’ app which is available on the Apple App Store and Play Store. The app needs to be downloaded on your mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptops before boarding the aircraft. You will have to switch your device to Airplane Mode and enable Wi-Fi. After connecting to JetScreen you will have to launch the web browser on your device and enjoy our in-flight entertainment.

If you are not automatically redirected to the JetScreen home page, you will have to go to jetscreen.jetairways.com in the web browser to access the in-flight entertainment service. JetScreen can easily be accessed on a Wi-Fi enabled (802.11g/n) smartphone, tablet or laptop.

JetScreen service has been introduced on five Boeing 737 next-generation aircraft in the Jet Airways on key domestic and international routes. In the coming months, it will be rolled out in a phased manner on the entire Jet Airways Boeing 737 fleet.
