Hi guys, just checking, is there a way to obtain refund of Main Balance when porting out? Do telecom companies issue refunds if we demand?

Only when changing from prepaid to postpaid of same operator the balance is adjusted against future bill. When changing operator the main balance will be lost. Best to use it up before porting.
