I found their US site ebay.com is still available. On browsing for purchase of a laptop I found there are some branded laptops are available in Indian Rupees, to be shipped from USA. There are new/pre-owned/refurbished items available.

As I want to purchase, please anyone can tell me that this website is genuine or not.

The marketing portal you mentioned is 100% genuine just as ebay.in was.
But I would like to suggest you not to buy costly (bulky) products (specialy with a battery) from there. When your order arrives in India, it may attract exorbitant amount of Custom Duty which you will surely not like to pay or I would say you will not be able to pay if the article is detained.
You will also face difficulty in getting a refund if such a situation arises.

Finding a Genuine Seller should not be a problem as the Ebay Seller feedback system is quite strict in their norms. Top Rated sellers are mostly genuine....

It's risky to buy pricy items from international site as brand may not allow warranty in other country. So that laptop warranty may be available in USA but not in India.
