Seeking Help Is JioHome App down?

Tried to access my airfiber router via JioHome. Till today everyting worked as expected. Suddenly a popup came in app telling that due to security reasons, please login again. I pressed on logout. Entered my registered number. Received OTP and when I tried to login, it told me internet connection is reqired for this

After noticing your thread I checked now same scenario happened with me too now when opened the app. May be its their issue in backend or some maintenance. Surprising thing is I used the Jio Home app till 12:30am, was watching TV and controlling stb via this app remote. May be issue will get fixed by morning.

You are not alone.

It is not the first time that Jio has kicked users out of JioHome abruptly. Similar logout issue happened before to some other users also for reason Jio only knows.

Damn! Thanks for confirmation. Thought bout my 100+ speed tests I did in a single day for documenting speed issues in my airfiber max connection lead to me getting "banned" from the app

The app access is blocked from Jio end so even if you reinstall the app, it won't help.

Yes I'm aware. I thought I was the only one facing the issue, so I tried reinstalling the app since that usually fixes issues like this.
