if means RCB gud in papers all 10 season but not lift the trophy yet though they have kohli

Going by Bowling Strength I feel this 3 are best
1) SRH- Bhuvi, Rashid, Shakib,
2) KKR- Starc, Narine, Kuldeep
3) MI-Bumrah, Cummins, Fizz

Indian seamers Nagarkoti, Mavi, Vinay Kumar will definitely Have to showcase skills too
