Talents he scouts are so mysterious they disappear after a while like Avinash Singh, Sonu Yadav, Himanshu Singh etc.Excellent consistency in not finding new talent in such big franchise.,
But to his credit he has also scouted half decent picks for us too like Gurgaon gilchrist, Lomror, Suyash, vyshak
