But logically, in a broader sense, outside leg & outside off should be scrapped from DRS, just bcoz ball has pitched outside leg/off, doesn't mean it can't hit the stumps

If this would have been the case for rules of bowled also, then Shane Warne would have never been able to bowl the ball of the century
That's a basic fundamental law of LBW right nothing to do with drs specifically. Also if they allow outside leg that would attract a lot of negative bowling. Bowlers will just pack the leg side field, bowl around the wicket and try to hit the pads. Bowlers are warned for negative bowling in test cricket

93.48 strike rate in an T20 match🤣, someone is showing he's ready for test captainship, and he wants to play T20i's, he's very good in Odi, may get good in test but T20i is not for him.

Agreed bro on this but this should be implemented like Bowling intentionally on leg stump line should be avoided & should be penalized in form of 5 runs after 3 warning or if bowled more than twice in a single over then there will be a free hit

I think in test there's is a rule like which is negative line bowling and umpire can wire like happened in sl vs australia last test series

MI skipper Hardik Pandya has been fined INR 24 lakhs for maintaining a slow over rate vs GT. Additionally, all MI playing XI and impact players have also been fined 25% of their match fees

GT head coach Ashish Nehra has also been fined 25% of his match fee and handed one demerit point for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct
