Looks like there's a new rule coming for injury replacements.
Previously teams were allowed to add injury replacements till their 7th league game.
Now this window seems to be restricted to the overall league's 12th game..

Bad move IMO...

Actually, it is an upgrade.
Instead of being the league's 12th game, it is the 12th League Match of the relevant Team in the Season. Quite a big upgrade from the previous rule..
