A new picture reportedly taken at Foxconn factory purportedly shows the back panel of iPhone 7. The picture first appeared on Chinese website CNBeta.

Though it is not possible to confirm the veracity of the picture, the worker's gloves and the sticker on the back of the case are said to be similar to what one finds inside Foxconn factories manufacturing iPhones.

The image also shows the redesigned antenna bands as revealed by alleged technical drawings of iPhone 7 leaked recently. The leaked images showed a redesigned rear case without the rubber-like antenna bands that are currently there on iPhone 6/6s models. The antenna bands are said to help network signals pass through the smartphone's aluminium bodies.

For iPhone 7, Apple is said to have reportedly built a new type of smart material that eliminates the need for these rubber stripes.

Apple iPhone 7 is expected to be launched in September. Rumors also point to a dual-lens camera in the smartphone. Reports suggest that a smaller camera system could allow the phone's back to be redesigned, and help get rid of the protruding lens.

Earlier reports too claimed that the company is aiming to shrink the size of the phone, and that it may drop the 3.5mm headphone jack for the same.

A Chinese website also reported that Apple will launch a high-end version of iPhone 7 Plus with dual cameras which could be named "iPhone Pro." In a research note, KGI Securities Ming-Chi-Kuo too had said that Apple is working on two versions of iPhone 7, one with a single-lens camera and the other with a dual-lens camera.
