I'm facing this issue on windows 7 desktop pc...may be due to some chrome add on

Yesterday I was facing this problem after updating Google chrome to version 61. I did reinstall yet it didn't helped... So, I installed the developer version Google Chrome v 62 and the issue isn't present there
