Infinix Note 12 showing this message while trying to update

I am trying to check for any updates for my Infinix Note 12 Pro 5G but whenever I try to check for updates. I am getting this following error screen. Anyone have any idea why am I getting this error?

Okay let us try this. There should be a 'software update' app (it could also be more than 1 app).

Settings --> Apps --> Options --> Show 'System Apps' --> search for the word 'update'

Search & find all related apps, 'force stop' them, do a 'clear data' of them, and then try updating again.

(Also, be mindful of the battery %. The message from the update says it needs more than 50%).
