OFC has recruited all time highest goal scorer for Spain David Villa as head of Global Football operation. He will help thee club with recruitment strategy. Former ISL manager Joseph Gambou also joined the technical committee of the club to help in process.

Nah. It's not lack of investors. Shree cement is willing to invest. But they are asking probably asking for full ownership of club. It seems that Nitu doesn't want it. I saw many EB fans complaining about it in Twitter. All blame on Nitu.
