Last football match among states I watched was way back during National Games 2007. When Assam faced Tamil Nadu in the finals We won. There was a weird keeping substitute. First and last time I ever saw. Whole stadium was sold out. I couldn't get tickets. I had to return to home and watch on TV. Good times for football.
