Personally I feel that jadeja , despite ability of being a good all-rounder , did not utilized much of the opportunity specially in batting . So eventually someday this was gonna happen . This could be due to taking granted position in playing 11

Problem with current playing 11 is that after hardik pandya there is no one who could bat whenever team is in trouble . Taking this point in consideration , bcci should have selected Ashwin

Bhuvi is better batsman than Ash. Also Kuldeep have a batting potential.

Still you can't ignore 4 test hundreds by ashwin and big hitting ability of jadeja . Given this , Current playing 11 lower order batting is weak

Without Ash & Jaddu Indian ODI Team looks empty for me.

Also in World Cup 2019 I am not expecting more from these young new bowlers like Chahal & Kuldeep. Yes, there is plenty of time for World Cup but both bowlers should optional for India not a first choice in playing XI.

That way, DK/Manish/Shreyas should be replaced by Saha/Vijay/Pujara (Anyway, DK can't be in playing XI even in the 2nd/3rd string Indian team).
Just check the stats on post#82. It's a Biiiig difference. Stats don't lie.
Edit: Big hitting Jadeja's SR in ODI: 85, T20I:93.5 are way below par for a big hitter.
