In the current Indian team Rohit is the best opener and he will be available in World cup too...
Nowadays Rohit is the most dangerous limited overs batsman.One struggling in SA doesn't mean he may not be selected for world cup 2019.You can see that he has performed well in Champions trophy too.

You are saying if Rohit fails then whole team fails its not true a team is not winning any game by only one's contribution all are players and they plays and win the game...
