Imagine India without Kohli(du plesis),Dhoni(de villiers) against any strong team(though not taking away credit of Indian spinners)
Yeah agreed bro. Posted it just out of habit (replying to over enthusiastic Bangladesh fans when ever their team looses in cricinfo discussions), forgetting that this team is South Africa

They(umpires) are ahead of bank officials in the matter of lunch.
Umpires r way ahead than bankers in case having lunch at correct time
Hahaha funny. But my private sector banks are quite the opposite but I have had horrible experiences in some government offices. Anyways thanks for the translations bros

Dhoni to Kohli is a Drastic Change in Terms of Leading India: Jennings

Centurion: Former South Africa coach Ray
Jennings feels that India captain Virat Kohli can be "intimidating in the dressing room" and it would be great if he gets a good guide, who can maximise his potential as a leader.
Jennings has witnessed Kohli progress from his days as an U-19 cricketer as he was associated as a coach with Royal Challengers Bangalore. "As captain, I think, he is still not at his best.
The Indian cricket system has to feed off Virat
Kohli. Going from MS Dhoni to Kohli has been a drastic change. Dhoni is so calm and Kohli is
the complete opposite. He can be intimidating
in the dressing room and sometimes his teammates can wonder who Kohli really is,"
Jennings said. Kohli can instil "fear" in youngsters, is Jennings' observation and that's why a calm mentor is need of the hour. "There can be a fear factor in the dressing room and you don't want that
with so many youngsters coming into the side.
Indian cricket, thus, has to find people who can help and influence Kohli into ways of
improving and becoming an even better
leader," Jennings said."

I agree Kohli needs a calming influence in the dressing room as well as on the field. And that is where MS Dhoni is key for another 2 years or so. But most probably Dhoni will retire after the 2019 World Cup. By then Kohli will be close to 30 and would be a lot calmer.

So what do u guys think? Do the youngsters or newbies need supportive calm captain or intedimating, frightning and aggressive captain? Some amount of fear is also good to perform without taking things for granted but I always prefered a calm and helpful team leader during my early days of being a newbie.

South Africa V India 3rd ODI match.

Did you know?

- If India win the third ODI, it will be the first instance of them winning three consecutive ODIs against South Africa in a series.

- Hashim Amla hasn't scored a fifty in his last ten ODI innings against India - the longest such barren run against any opponent. He averages 31.66 from six innings at Newlands - the lowest for him at a home venue.

- India's spinners have taken 13 wickets this series at an average of 11.61 conceding just 3.74 per over. On the other hand, South African spinners are yet to take a wicket and concede at 6.00 per over.

- Morne Morkel has taken 13 wickets in four ODIs at Newlands at 10.92 and takes a wicket every 17.2 balls.
