Once Ricky Ponting made very good proposal for test match.
No need of toss for test match.just give chance to visiting team to choose bowl/bat.

Not sure abt ODI too, T20 he is good but only against Spin he is able to play well Good Bowlers like Aamir, Boult have Troubled him in T20 too

Pandya has a better ODI record than in T20I's. Having said that he is not quite ready for overseas Tests.

This current management has established a culture that they are going to play attacking brand of cricket by playing 5 bowlers. Now they are not able to get back to the so called defensive mind set. I believe in such pitches like todays match, 4 bowlers are more than enough. But the problem here for us is there's only Dhawan and Rohit left. May be India need to give opportunities to players like Karun Nayar, Manish Pandey and others.

Yup thats great innovative and out of the box thinking but hard to implement it.

I wonder why India is searching for a pace bowling all rounder in Tests when we have Bhuvi who is contributing in every match that he plays with the bat. For me he is miles ahead of Pandya in both batting and bowling in Test matches. Bhuvi and Ashwin in all conditions are more valuable than players like Pandya and Jadeja in Tests and vice versa in the limited overs.
