I too agree. Fielding coach is only for formality.

I saw captain quota in a team for playing XI

But never saw coach quota the appropriate persons should be fielding & bowling coach then only I'll coach indian team as a indian

What kind of mentality is this ??

Can you please inform how many teams are 'Bahar also Sher'? Even Australia was defeated in Bangladesh. Last time SA was in India, they were mauled by India 3-0. Rain saved them from 0-4.
If the statement (Sher' & Gidhar) was for every team, no problem. But he deliberately used 'India' and you support him! Should be ashamed of yourself.

Why i should be ashmed of myself?
He is saying about team India not country..What is wrong in "Bahar Kutta".
Indian always play poor in foreign pitches except under the Captaincy of DADA just because of Poor Techniques. IPL is there to earn money why should one play?
