1)we have backup players to play even better than dhoni.so winning is possible.if dhoni not in team that doesn't mean it will be like present australian team
2)dhoni is not doing full captain job when he is present.he is just giving tricks.tricks alone can't win matches.

He already the team in nidahas trophy as a captain and won the cup.no interest this time for me.he will lead well.
