I think this is unfair that a man can bat but can't field....if anyone is injured then bring a substitute for him in both batting and fielding.

It is permissible under rules of cricket.Moreover,he would have probably stayed on field if he was not a keeper where the ball is supposed to hit his palms and fingers more often than not.Remember this was not an injury he was carrying so that you can criticize Pant or Indian team.It is not that he is fat like Inzy so that he needs a runner while he just hits shots.

I know it is within law...and I am not saying in context of this match...I am saying in general.. Second thing you mentioned Inzmam , I am not from Pakistan. Third thing in olden days everyone take advantages of this ...that's why rule changed
