I feel it's better if icc bend or soften rule of slow overrate points deduction as it effect agressive cricket.

For sena countries slow overrate rule need to scrap as teams for for pacers more for force result instead of spinners to fasten up overs. For Asian countries slow overrate should stay as in Asian conditions spinner bowls more overs to enforce result which speed up overs
