Why we have too much emotion for this series loss.
losing series and that too in SENA country is as usual for India, and mostly we will except white wash, and this time, we didn't had that white wash also.
Then why we forcing players to retire . if you see the same captain brought us World cup after 17 odd years.
Need to analyze more on where it wrong, any wrong with coach or captainship or with players.
Do we have right pitches in india to prepare for SENA countries , all the things we need to analyze. else everytime, we have to force the players to retire after these kind of tours

Multiple reasons
First of all we've not lost BGT since 2014.
This series is the end of current WTC cycle so we have to take phase out some senior players. Last cycle was end of Pujara and Rahane and this cycle Rohit and Ashwin. Kohli and Jadeja most probably in next cycle. Even if we had won this series, we had to plan the transition especially in leadership.
