India might be in Good Position, but this Cartel of Ravi Shastri and his support staff is affecting Indian team Standards..... (Entire tour is full of poor Fielding and dropped catches)
Except for bowling coach this needs immediate Overhaul.....
Otherwise this good team will struggle to Win Trophies.....

Under the same fielding coach, we had great fielding standards. If the player takes his place for granted, why blame the fielding coach?

A coach job is to get Average player better and not push person at 90% to 95%.....
Players like Mayank Agrawal, Prithvi Shaw, Deepak Chhahar, who are in the team from last 1-2 should show improvement.....
A coach performance can't be evaluated on Virat, Jadeja and Rohit Sharma who are long time in team and Very good Fielders.....

When you play for the national team, the goal is to give 100% for the team. If you can't, you don't merit selection...

I don't think there's any requirement of Head coach (currently Shastri) for the highest level cricket players, specially when you already have batting/bowling/fielding coaches. It's merely an honorary post. What will he coach/teach? Batting to Virat/Pujara or bowling to Shami/Bumrah/Ashwin? The little adjustments needed in their respective fields can be (is being) corrected by analysts. For newbies, they must come through U19/India A teams (under guidance of the great Rahul Dravid).

Do you think he does something? He is only there to drink alcohol and say yes to whatever Virat says that's the major reason he is the coach.... Otherwise we have legends like Sunil gavaskar , VVS Laxman , Shewag or Sachin sir but who we have as the coach Ravi pregnant Shashtri

Apart from Laxman, is anyone else into coaching anywhere? Gavaskar only belittles people from the comm box, Sachin sits freely in the MI dugout, Sehwag only does fiery trolls on players...
