OK.. Seems like Rohit - Virat issue has been talking point in bcci circles.. Unconfirmed sources say.. Virat and team management have given instructions to all players including Rohit to be on top of their fitness all the time. Especially Rohit was given specific routine to follow from NZ series. He being showman Rohit failed to do that. Infact after lockdown and before ipl started he was way below the fitness standards. And then he got Injured. Virat seems to be miffed regarding this and so they left him.

All these are trash talk bro, and unconfirmed...

There's a reason Rohit is the VC, if he was not maintaining standards, management would've easily replaced him with Rahul....

That's what is going to happen..Rahul will/should be groomed for Captaincy of T20s. Maybe tomorrow itself let Rahul be captain, Virat can rest.
I personally feel Virat really wants a very fit team and he is right.
Also during IPL Mumbai indians shouldn't have posted that video of Rohit hitting in nets when he was not selected for the Indian team for Australia. Best should have not played the playoffs.

Rohit was never a fitness Freak like Virat and Super Fit is no Criteria for success in Cricket, otherwise Rohit would not had hit 3 double century in ODI's and 5 Century in last WC.....
Rohit had played in playoffs because he was match Fit and he proved the same by playing 3 matches and again being highest scorer in Final.....
Why despite that he was not selected for Australia Tour is responsibility of BCCI physio and Selectors, who have yet to come out clean.... This is when other injured players like Mayank and Saini were selected in the team..... Why differant yardstick for differant players????
