At Present Indian Opener Stand is Like Night Watchmen.Just Want to Hold the Wicket As much time as possible.
Virat,Pujara,Rahane are only 3 scoring runs,so they may not opt them as opening atleast for this tour.
And Fresh opening pair may bring freshness to team and Aus Bowling attack

Wrong! Rahane was originally an opener in Ranji matches. But in test team, he had to settle at middle order. VS and GG were ruling as openers during his test debut.

If i m there i will go with mayank and rohit (although he has no exp with red ball but atleast he has done opening in odi)
But seeing the decision making of team management they will open with pujara

So almost what i expected except forced swap of jadeja with Ashwin. Wud ve been an out of the box thinking if Rahul played in middle order instead of Rohit. Lets see. RAHUL Is better than Rohit in tests.
