He got chance because of some quota for sure just like stuart binny/Rohan gavaskar got father's quota

If someone bowls at 120 at debut his pace will drop further by 5 km after playing few years. So even if you swing big which is very unlikely for him, then also batsman will easily adjust it making you ineffective.
